Five 9s Advises on Disposition of Data Center Campus in Hillsboro
Five 9s Digital advised its client on the successful marketing and disposition of a three (3) building data center campus in Hillsboro, Oregon. The 170,000-square-foot campus is comprised of two (2) operational single-tenant data centers and one vacant shell building.
The new buyer has announced plans to demolish the vacant structure and develop a new two-story, 350,000-square-foot data center, with an initial power deployment of 27 MW.
Hillsboro remains one of the top data center markets in the US with exceptionally strong demand and an unprecedented vacancy rate of approximately 0.20%. The Hillsboro data center market experienced nearly 50 MW of absorption in the first half of 2025.
