Located approximately 40 miles north of Charlotte in Catawba County, the property offered an established enterprise-class data center platform with substantial existing mission-critical infrastructure, backup generation, cooling systems and expansion potential.

The facility is situated on approximately 6.95 acres and designed to support continued data center operations while providing the ability to expand the building to approximately 95,500 SF.

The property's location within the greater Charlotte data center market also positioned it within a region experiencing significant investment in cloud, hyperscale and digital infrastructure, including major data center development in Catawba County and the surrounding region.
