Five 9s Advises On Sale Of Segra Data Center In Charlotte
Five 9s Digital advised an institutional client in the acquistion of a single-tenant, NNN leased data center located in the Southwest area of Charlotte. The data center is fully leased by Segra which provides colocation, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and disaster recovery solutions in this state-of-the-art, highly redundant and connected facility.
Segra operates four (4) data centers in the Charlotte metropolitan area adding support to its growing fiber network in the region. Segra was recently acquired by EQT Infrastructure for $950M.
