Five 9s Advises on Sale of St. Louis Data Center
Tierpoint Expands its Data Center presence in St. Louis
Five 9s advised on the new development and subsequent disposition of a fully-leased building in St. Louis. The 92,450 SF project was developed to accommodate Tierpoint's data center expansion in the St. Louis market. Tierpoint signed a long-term lease for 46,000 SF with Wesco committing to a new long-term lease for the remaining space. Construction was completed in mid-2023 with Tierpoint opening its first phase of its data center in Q3 2023.
The fully-leased data center was sold to an institutional investor of data center real estate in March of 2023 for $20M.
