Five 9s Digital successfully advised on the sale of a 70,000-square-foot data center located in the western suburbs of Chicago.
The data center was designed to Tier 3 standards with approximately 33,000 square feet of raised-floor space and positioned for immediate expansion of critical load from 1.35 MW to 4 MW. The power upgrade brings long-term scalability and reinforces its strategic relevance in the Chicago data center market.
