Five 9s Digital is pleased to bring to market a turnkey, free-standing data center located in Dayton, Ohio. The free-standing data center is situated on 4.5 acres and includes equipment and infrastructure in excellent condition.

The data center is a very well-maintained facility that is now vacant and now available for occupancy. The facility includes 3 MW of total infrastructure in-place scaling to 5 MW by end of 2026 with ramp capacity to 15+ MW. Robust metro and long haul fiber are on site with regional connectivity to Columbus, Cincinatti, Cleveland, Chicago and Detroit.

Numerous building and infrastructure updates have been completed recently including electrical and mechanical replacements, recent roof installation and window replacements.

Due to the rapid growth of the nearby Columbus data center market and the current limitations of power and suitable land sites, the Dayton market is experiencing a number of new active data center searches and deployments which activity is expected to continue in the area.
