The data center consulting enagement included a full detailed overview of the data center assets, financial analyses, ongoing opex and capex considerations, competitive market overviews, and strategic directives.
Solutions for certain data center assets included sale-partial leaseback, disposition opportunities, and tactical partnership solutions to drive overall value of the facilities.
