Pre-Approved 100 MW Data Center Site in South Carolina

Five 9s Digital is pleased to bring to market a pre-approved 100 MW+ data center development site in Graniteville, South Carolina. The 150 acre~ land site is served by Dominion Energy offering low cost, highly reliable power. The site includes a Kinder Morgan natural gas substation offering natural gas Cogen solution to scale power near term.

The data center development site is located very near a new hyperscale development in Aiken,SC with additional nearby regional data center activity including Google's newly announced $510M hyperscale campus in Dorchester County, SC adding to its $3B data center campus in Summerville SC.

Th site offers excellent fiber connectivity with metro and long haul providers with regional connectivity to Atlanta, Charlotte, Jacksonville, and Northern Virginia. Additionally, the site offers connectivity to subsea international cable landings located in Myrtle Beach (new), Jacksonville and Virginia Beach.

The State of South Carolina provides tax incentives for qualifed data center developments up to a 100% Sales Tax Exemption. Additional economic development incentives are available with Dominion Energy offering rate reduction credit subject to meeting certain criteria for high-load power requirements.
