New 1.5 MW Data Center Operator Lease in Grant County WV

Five 9s Digital is pleased to announce a new 1.5 MW data center operator lease in the Grant County Data Center located in Petersburg, West Virginia. Five 9s was engaged to market the new "ready-to-occupy" data center developed by Grant County. Back-Up and Recovery Corporation occupied to data center due to its proximity and connectivity to the robust Northern Virginia data center marketplace. Northern Virgina is the top data center market in the US with unprecented activity over the past two years.

Corporations often see the benefit to have disaster recovery and other data center solutions far enough away from primary data centers in the event of natural disaters or other issues and yet close enought to offer excellent connectivity between the two operations.

Five 9s was engaged to market the vacant data center and assisted Grant County in consummating the transaction within four (4) months of the engagement.
